You'll be happy to know that early next week, they'll be a lot of new aircraft data implemented, with the cleaning up and accuracy-improved of the 737 Classic family, introduction of a number of McDonnell Douglas products, among other key data changes/updates. I'll also be doing some airport updates bringing in some new key airports into the game.

Anyway to find out why I haven't gotten my confirmation email yet? Kept hitting "resend" and even switched to an alternate email address. Been checking spam and new mail folders since I registered.

The game as a whole or version 0.2? The current version of the game (0.1.7 Alpha) is publicly available right now at https://airsim.world. Version 0.2 is running a bit behind and should be available in a week or so. I'll make a new post once 0.2 comes out to address the confusion.
