I've been noticing this glitch where sometimes I'll add 1 frequency to a route and my profit will go down by a lot so I remove the frequency and my profit drops even more. Why does this happen shouldnt my profit go back to the way it was?

You can check the panel before the add flights. In there, you can see how much each individual aircraft are making

Okay so this is a thing I also noticed
The game loads your routes really badly so for example yesterday I have $1million of profits on a route, and the next day it drops. However If you click save, the game will most likely fill up your route, and your profits can go up or go down.
There’s no way to solve it, before you want to do anything just click save and your route will update. But only do it for like routes where your aircraft is not full due to competition from the previous day.

It should do, yes. But there's a bug/glitch in the game, so it doesn't always. Click save on the route page (or change the price and save) after removing the flights and it'll fix itself.

That's not quite it. For some reason routes that are auto-recalculated - because you've changed seating/IFS, or built a hub, or whatever - often come out completely wrong. Click save on them to fix.

If you go to the routes page and sort by load factor (low-to-high) you'll find most of the ones that are wrong at the top of the list.

In addition, as your airline grows you can get more hub passengers when you later save (force-recalculate) a route that wasn't at maximum load initially.

Demand can drop or increase while making changes. Competitors may also be making changes as you are. In addition, you are affecting your router reputation negatively by removing a frequency.

OK. But I've had this happen on route where I didnt change the frequency and have no competition. Once I accidentally hit the reset button any I lost 50k even though nothing changed. Not even the price.

I agree with you, and thank you so much for making fun my point clearer (my phrasing is really bad)

Also anything thing I noticed is that if you add routes, the game does not calculate your legroom, which will remain at zero. After adding your flights, do click save as it increases your route reputation and sometimes improve your profits when your plane has connecting passengers. That is also one of the reasons why I play on mobile as after every route, you will have to click save, and the desktop version may come out to be a bit slow. Or what I also do is I cast the airports that I want to fly to on my computer via Browse Airports tab, and I will fill in the routes via my phone.

This may be due to your airline being small, and have not hit the point where there is a lot of connecting passengers. However, it is still a good idea to save it as to ensure that you’re routes are updated, and will not mess up when your airline is big in the future. But don’t do it’s for every flight, only do it for planes which are not full.

One last glitch I noticed is the part where if you sell an aircraft, the slots of the airport that you fly to will get very corrupted and come out with random numbers. Once, I had an airport with 2 gates but only 87 slots available after I emptied out the airport. Another time, I had 100 gates in my terminal, and when I was about to sell all my aircraft to sell my terminals, my terminal had 6236 gates available.

My airline isn't small

I looked at your airline and it isn't small indeed.

Maybe the connecting passengers thing just varies from airline to airline, and only some scenarios might work.

It may be because he hasn't turned his 200 gate terminal into a hub.

Yeah that could be a likely possibility
