Maintaining a positive cashflow without flights or routes??

   Just curious.

 

This airline has no routes or activity whatsoever with only 5 B737-400s on the fleet. Even if all the planes are owned, there should be expenses on the maintenance / depreciation but I am amazed how an airline can maintain a positive balance without any activity.

 

Anyone who can shed light to this mystery? Thanks a lot
