Pretty much as the title suggests. It would be great if it was possible to, say, install winglets across a large fleet with a single click. At the moment I'm having to manually go through my entire, pretty large, A320 fleet now winglets have just become available...

No option to fix that currently. If AE4 comes out, then I'd expect mass-replacement to be one of the features that come with it.
But as for right now, you'll have to keep manually adding winglets to all your planes.
