So like the title states, why are they so angry ?? They get paid the industry avarage and they have 20% reserves and on top of that they get 10% profit sharing.

I also did a test and paid the executives 999 dollar and they were still angry.

I don't know what to do

Allow the game to update to the next game day and go back to them and they'll have had an attitude adjustment

i would increase the wages 10% and reduce the excess staff the same but dont fire the extra staff that will keep the problem a sudden large pay increase will reduce it quickly and save you on training costs

Sometimes there are errors with the emotions of the staffs. I paid them $7 an hour, they got angry, and I increased their pay to $8 an hour and they suddenly became neutral, Pretty weird.
