Someone said that the Concorde can be profitable if done right, but what seating configuration should I use when using concorde? Full utilization? Any tips?

First off, don't use the Concorde.

He's right, Concorde is too expensive to lease and maintain, especially if you won't get a lot of range and passenger capacity in return. Unless your airline is British Airways or Air France...First off, don't use the Concorde.

It isn't if you grow a pair.

you need about 8-12 just to divide the maintenance cost enought then have 12 first and 72 business no economy but the fares have to be full or near AE recomentions

The main problem is, unlike in the real world, passengers do not pay more in order to fly the Concorde. While competing with other airlines using subsonic airplanes, or even spammlines, its even more difficult to earn a profit.

You basically have to be the worst kind of spamliner to run the Concorde at a decent profit margin.

i occasionally use it for fun and it indeed makes money
just pair it with a 767 or A330 for the economy class at the same route and fly them as far as they could
