By Budget I mean SCAM IFS and IFE

Look. It really depends on how you configure everything from seating, to IFS and AFE. Scam IFS and IFE aren't anything good. I've been able to make the most out of both worlds, but experimenting with both IFE and IFS to get the most profit, but also make sure my passengers are happy. It's really a balancing act.
