No Gates

I am currently in R1 based out of Italy but for some reason there are so many airports - in Europe mainly - that have no gates. I've never encountered this issue before. Someone please explain

I think that means that other airlines have leased all the available gates for the airports. R1 is almost full and a few years into the game, so that doesn't surprise me too much.

Try to build a terminal on that airport, 50% less expense on gates. If it is available
