In game you can't fly to airports that will soon have commercial service but you can fly to airports that don't have commercial service. What I'm thinking of is Paine Field in Everett. Both united and Southwest will start service there but I don't think it exists in game. However I can fly to Boeing Field (Seattle King County). That's where Boeing makes their 737s. It has NO commercial service. If anyone knows how to fly to Everett please tell me.

If it's not in-game, you can always request adding an airport, you just need to provide some credible information about the airport and post that in the
"Suggestions and Feature Requests" forum (make sure you follow their specific format though). I don't know where to go other than that, or if the airport may even be added.
AE is the best.

Or airports that only serve cargo but still have passenger demand in-game. Looking at you, Montreal-Mirabel (YMX).

TECHNICALLY, BFI has service to some of the island aerodromes on Kenmore Air.
Still, I get your point. You can fly to Wake Island but not Paine Field. It's weird.

Always tought about this airport. It ain't even functionnal anymore if I recall correctly. Only thing i've seen happening at Mirabel is the Nascar Pinty's road course race at the airport.

You recall somewhat correctly. The terminal building was demolished two years ago, but it's still an airpark for general aviation.
