Dear all!

I have read some previous topics on political restrictions, but it did not give me full information. In the sandbox game, I have hub in Taiwan with some flights to Thailand. I do understand that I cannot make flights from Thailand, let's say to India (or any other airport) due to political restrictions. But, if I create a hub in Thailand, will I be able to travel to other airports?

Thank you.

Mike

the short answer is no, you can not build hubs outside of your home country (unless you're in Europe)

Only partially true; there is an Open Skies treaty which starts on January 1, 1983 between Australia and New Zealand where you're able to build hubs in one another's countries.

If I may use this topic to ask another question regarding gates. Could you tell me, I lease 1 gate which is sufficient for my flights, why and when I would lease 2nd or more gates?

You would lease more than 1 gate whenever your 50 slots (from the 1st gate) run out
