So I came across this anomaly in R0:

They are operating an A321 out of DAL yet I can't operate an MD80 into DAL? Is this a bug or..?

No this is not a bug. Due to the restrictions put on bye the government when DFW was built. Only big planes could fly to a few states. All other flights from DAL had to be operated by 50 seat aircraft.

Well is it past Oct. 13, 2014? I think the restrictions in-game are lifted after the date in real life.

AE is the best.

Routes from DAL are limited to serving airports located in the states of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. However, flights using aircraft with 56 or fewer seats (maximum certified capacity) are exempt from this restriction. You cannot configure aircraft that could potentially have more seats, such as a 737-800 with a maximum of 189 seats, with 56 seats in order to avoid this restriction.

It's a flight from Panama City which is not stated in this restriction. Also it has more 56 seats which doesn't matter since an A321 cannot be reconfigured.

I believe it is currently 2002 in R0

What you’re all missing is that both the A321 and the MD80 have a max certified capacity greater than 56, so something is going on here.

Indeed,

I have noticed this in every game world recently, it looks like there is a loophole people are getting around :P
