Does anyone else have problems with the game getting super slow at times? Very frustrating.
Maybe its just certain worlds or my computer

Generally as a game gets longer it slows down as airlines inevitably get larger so the system has more to process.

The policy of deleting inactive airlines partially mitigates this effect as well as opens slots for other players to enter worlds.
