Soo... I am operating A319LRs on my CLT > LHR route but operating 787-8s on my SAT > LHR route. I found that the route operated by the A319LR has a much better reputation (it has a pretty high frequency) but the route operated the 787-8s have a higher profit. Should I operate a mix of both types to maintain a high profit and a reputation, or should I just ditch the narrowbodies and start flying more widebodies and put the narrowbodies on more frequent transcontinental routes? (my reputation is hovering around a 96 right now, but I want to bring it up to a 100)

Perhaps you're trying to over achieve. 96 is pretty high rep and if it we're me I'd be satisfied. But I'd suggest you go with whatever aircraft brings more frequency because obviously that brings a better frequency rep.

Except in certain situations, running smaller narrow-bodies is often not practiced in the real world. If you want a mix of both, then I’d say the 757 or 767 would be your cup of tea, as they are relatively small but are intended to serve these types of routes.
