Boeing 737-700s have winglets. There should be an option to install winglets for these aircraft.

Such feature has been implemented, check the 'Addons' window when you visit that airplane's page again.

You can install winglets on the 737-700 ingame from year 2000, either when ordering.
Or by modifying the aircraft as shown on the pictures provided in this topic.
