Since one game takes about at least 3 month and sometimes can last up to 9 month, and there are hundreds and thousands of competitors, so finishing with an award is pretty much as difficult as passing a school term/year while being the top 1%. So how would you congradulate yourself? Especially for first time winners.

Come on! You're 15 so that means you're drinking underage!

It was sarcasm. Please don’t tell him off, it’s one of the reasons why people found you annoying before.

1. "Congratulate"

2. Nothing wrong with being proud of yourself for winning your first trophy.

Step 1. Stare lovingly at trophy.
Step 2. Realize you need another trophy. The trophy is exactly the size of the hole in you.

Step 3. Uncontrollably buy every used plane available.
Step 4. Rabidly add routes for hours on end. You wake up at three in the morning with your face down on the desk.
Step 5. So close...can't...stop...adding...routes...must make...more...money.

Step 6. Go on a bender. You are now scheduling a 747-400 on a 59 mile route with demand for 25 passengers. Time is of no consequence. Family hasn't seen you for days.

Step 7. Game ends, you get a trophy, but it's...BRONZE!? You slowly start to maniacally laugh at your screen, face dripping with sweat, hands shaking from caffeine. Dog stares at you like "you ok, man?"
Step 9. AE rehab.
Step 10. You finally realize who cares if you get a trophy, you'll take it slow and just have fun this time.

Needless to say, trophies are cool, but just play and enjoy.

Although I do see a tasty morsel of 255 737-700s for sale...that could be just what I need to boost my income to get into the top ten...

tbh I have no idea how people find the time to make gigantic airlines that win valuation trophies

I know some guys use macros, but I have way more useful applications for my script building skills.

Ah yes these Celts love their libations. Soldiers from the frontiers report that a Celt will trade his mother for a pint of ale and his sister for a glass. Often these are one and the same. Amusing barbarians all of them. They shall drink merrily with us at victory celebration, then we'll feed them to the lions.

I don't go for valuation trophies. Instead, I am going for a reputation trophy. It is much easier. All you have to is get half decent route reputation and spend your money on marketing. Which increases your reputation. To the point where it is 100%.

Would depend on how I'd won it. Tbh I was extremely satisfied with my recent top 20 finish considering I had used realistic seating layouts all the way through and basically everyone else in the top 20 had used unrealistically dense configurations.

How tf is getting an award as difficult as being top 1% in your school. Bloody hell, who compares academical achievements to adding routes over and over again in order to win a virtual trophy (which isn't even high quality).
