Update: I think inflation is too complicated. Let's just make it so the demand changes every year. The demand in 1950 for JFK-SFO is 1798 whether the in game date is 1950 or 2030. It doesn't change at all in 80 YEARS!!! The demand especially before say 1990 or 2000 is completely wrong. It must be fixed.

Demand yes. The demand in R0 is insane (especially for early game). We would just need approximate estimates.
As for the first one, it'll be a bit weird implementing it. Maintenance already increases as the aircraft gets older. Prices should increase according to inflation.
Unfortunately I don't think it will be implemented right now due to the complexity of your request.
