its o.k ,
the reset didnt go too smoothly , thats all , TW i am sure is working hard to fix it and stuff , he already had to reset 2 in quick succession at 18:00BST.

suppose , but " it " might just mean its frozen for a period of minutes or more while he updates / sorts it out. It might not be a reset remember.
