There is an airline named AeroMexico with the Air France logo and livery in R7.

We've all been there. Stuck competing with Qantas on London to Rome because some dumb ******* decided to plop Australia's national airline in Italy. God knows why people do this, but the leading research points to the fact that people are ****ing retarded. But that's not why I'm here.

 

I'm here to offer a solution that's been implemented in other airline simulators online.

 

Ban the use of active airline names in-game. Force people to get at least a little bit creative.

 

Should solve that problem nice and tidy.

Yup, there is also another Interflug that claims they are the real one. And, they are in South Africa.

 

One problem with banning certain names from every country except the one they are based in is that people could type United Airlines like United-Airlines (and I have seen it done many times_ or, they could include some extra characters that could mess everything up if there was a bot that regulates it. You could either get an actual person to do it. But, that would be a lot of work. Constantly checking each world for this stuff. Or these characters could be banned altogether. This is not as simple as it seems.
