How do you do this in AE? in real life, and other airline simulators, increasing employee morale and increasing layover times increases on-time performance. However, this doesn't seem to be the case in AE. My routes are stuck on 45-55 reputation for on-time performance. How do I increase it?

How many hours do you leave available on your planes?

Your utlilisation is too high. Aim for 8-12 hours on short haul jets. Less than 16/17 hours for long haul jets. Stick to that with good employee morale and it’ll increase to 90-100.
