I want to operate a holding of little air companies focused on regional transportation instead of only one large company.
Is it possible to create subsidiary?

Currently there is no way to create a subsidiary unless you create a separate airline next to the mainline. As most worlds have only a 2 airline limit, with the exceptions being r-alpha and r-delta, you could create 2 separate airlines, with one being the mainline and one being the regional subsidiary, but that's about the only thing you can do right now in AE.

In those two worlds you could create your own airline group by forming an alliance and having each individual airline join it. It's that simple

Or you could ask somebody to open another airline for you, then share control of that airline for you
