ATR 42-600 or ATR 72-600. I'm using a lot of Air New Zealand and for Eva Air before (Only ATR 72).
Or, use the Bombardier Q400.

Those are low capacity ones... I'm looking at the Bombadier C Series are they any good?

C series fuel flow seems best of the class if it performs as advertised (see A332 vs 788 thread for that). It's priced fairly sensibly as well unlike the NEOs...

I'd say the ERJ-190 and -195, C-Series, the ATRs, and also Concorde. Don't forget the Concorde.

I'd actually recommend you the E-Jets. They're the best for my airlines. I mean, the C-Series is OK, but I don't like it as much. Plus the E-Jet makes a ton of $$ and is pretty good. The Q400 is another good option if you're looking at smaller planes.

Regional is a wide term:
Date: 2013
Range ?
Pax ?

Range is usually recommended at 1500-2000 for regional planes. Passengers was already stated at preferably greater than 70 passengers, and the limit for passengers in a regional plane is 110-120 passengers.

CRJ700
E170
E175
It really depends on the regional airport and how much demand there is
Some may only have demand for the smaller propeller planes, some may have greater demand where the bigger Embraers are better.
I honestly wouldn't serve a regional airport that needs a plane smaller than the CRJ700, but that's me. It also depends on the type of airline you're running. Depends what the business model is.
