So... should I keep my Airbus A320-211's? or retire them when lease ends and buy the Boeing 737-800?

Zortan will be mad with me for this, but NO. A320s are cheaper and much more fuel efficient than 737s.

Can't go wrong with the A320.

Only reason to move away from 320s is if you are going to 321s.

If all you need is a 180-seat airplane stick with the A320. If you need a wider range of aircraft sizes, use the Boeing 737 family. I use A320 when that size of aircraft fits my routes best, but I use the 737 when I need a wider range of sizes to meet differing demands.

Never let a lease run out....buy the aircraft from the lease company and then sell.

I'll look into that. I have been living in the Airbus and Boeing ecosystem all this time lol
