If you want to change the seat configuration of an aircraft, but have already ordered new aircraft in the old configuration, you should be able to change the configuration of the ordered aircraft at no cost.


CLT, BOS, JFK, LGA, EWR, ALB, BDL, SYR, HPN, EWN, RDU, PHL, ATL, CVG, MCO, DCA, IAD, BWI, MDW, HOU, DFW, PHX, DEN, BZN, FAT, SAN, LAX, BUR, SBA, SFO, SEA, ANC, KOA, MTJ, MBJ, SXM, CUN, PVR, YVR, SJO, JNB, LLW, LGW

Its a good idea, that has been suggested before; but it should come with a cost and the change would have to be for the rest of the aircraft on that order that are yet to be delivered.

It would definitely come at a cost. Realistically, airlines would be able to change later delivery dates, but not planes about to be delivered (first 10 or so)
