After your application is submitted, an admin will get back to you within 7 days, regarding the validity of your application. Your application, if valid, will then be put to the vote in the on the final 7 of the next 10 days. The vote will conclude either after 7 days after the vote began or when all members have voted. You will be informed of the decision within 7 days of the vote’s conclusion.
The application form must be copied into a new thread in its entirety and all questions answered.
If you run an airline but do not present any airlines in your application, it will result in the immediate cancellation of your application.
Any unanswered questions will result in immediate cancellation of your application.
Any incorrect information will result in the cancellation of your application.
Failure to read and understand the “Application Info #1” and “Application Info #2” threads will result in the immediate cancellation of your application.
If your application is rejected, you may reapply in 14 days.
If your application is cancelled, you may reapply in 90 days.
Any attempt to re-apply before this time has passed will be ignored.
The title of your application thread should be as follows:
[NEW] <Username> - Application
Failure to follow this format will result in the immediate cancellation of your application.
You may withdraw your application at any time before the start of voting, if it has not already been cancelled, without penalty.
You may freeze your application by request at any time when it is not already frozen without penalty or contribution towards your testing freeze limit.
Bankruptcy of your application airline will result in a bankruptcy freeze until a new application airline is selected. This does not contribute towards your testing freeze limit. However, any testing freeze in force will be cancelled early. This will count towards your testing freeze limit.
Your application may be frozen for testing a maximum of 2 times before it is cancelled. This does not apply to requested or airline bankruptcy freezes.
Your application will be frozen for age, but not rejected, if your account is less than 90 days old, until your account is at least 90 days old. This does not count towards your testing freeze limit.
If your account is under 60 days old, we will attempt to secure training and a proficiency check for you.
If your account is between 60 and 90 days old, we will attempt to secure a proficiency check for you.
Your application will be frozen for testing, but not rejected, for 14 days, if you do not meet the following requirements:
English proficiency > 5/10.
Sample Airline:
Reputation: 60%+ for regional carriers, 70%+ for other carriers.
Utilisation: <16h for regional aircraft, <14h for other aircraft.
