Hi there

I've been around for some time now and I would like to know a bit more about these alliances that are active on the forums.

First of all are those alliances strictly restricted to certain worlds, i.e. to join you'd have to be in said world, like R1? Or is it more like a relaxed group where you can talk, help and play together in many different worlds?

Second of all, I checked out a topic with a short introduction to all alliances currently active. It sounded that many alliances have different goals and guidelines. But is there a general "manifesto" for forum alliances or are they just controlled by their owner/board?

Third question: I guess this depends on the alliance, but once you're a member, is everybody treated equal or is there some sort of CEO or Board that decides and leads the alliance?

And last but not least, would anybody be interested in having me in your alliance?

To answer:

1. No, most alliances operate in various worlds, this can change per alliance. However, I do know that GMI, from what I heard, does not recruit members whose airlines are in any of the "S" worlds.

2. All alliances have the same end goal. What differentiates the alliances from one another is that some are open to recruiting new players, while others recruit only much more experienced players.

3. In most alliances you have owners, admins, members. Everyone is treated equally of course, but in terms of applications and voting in new members, it's different with each alliance.

Hope this helps!

Yes. However, Universal only operates in one world at a time, but you're not requires to join our game as part of the alliance. There are always other things to do.
