I've read another thread posted on this very issue to no avail.

I'm trying to schedule a flight from Alice Springs to Perth, in Australia. When I attempt to do so, my new DC-7 has an 'incompatible schedule', preventing me from scheduling the route. Does anybody know why this could be happening?

Does it actually say this?

Have you checked your aircraft actually flies to this destination already from somewhere else.

Yes, they do, and I forgot to mention that it is in the home country of my airline, if that helps.

Incompatible schedules means that the aircraft is currently based in a different airport. Say it's based in Airport A - you need to fly the aircraft from Airport A to Alice Springs, and only then can you fly from Alice Springs to Perth.
