There's a rather decent update in progress, with the implementation of far nicer and more intuative runway entry/exits, taxiways and to top it off, a proper remote stand system!
There is also new simulations for baggage loading belts, shuttle buses, crew cars and a few more goodies almost ready for implementation.
Multi-story terminals will be the next big update in the next month or so and they are working to improve performance big time.
