I'm not really new here but I don't post much (like...none at all). I've been operating Heartland since last Fall some time, slowly climbing up the list as I've figured things out, playing cleanly, partly because I don't KNOW how to cheat this game but mostly because winning isn't everything and playing, and somewhat succeeding, by the rules is satisfying.:shappy:

Anyway, I had a buildup of cash over the weekend (out of town -- couldn't logon and spend it in realtime) and I tried to buy 5 new A321's but got a Hacker Alert page. Not just at home but also at work. Now I know players buy a lot more than 5 at a time so it can't be the quantity that triggered it. I don't cheat so if the AI that detects cheaters picked me up, we have an AI problem. I don't get it. :puzzled:

How can I get UN-blacklisted so I can buy these aircraft and put them to work?? And it would be really, really nice if this could happen before 5pm US Central Time so I could buy them before the month end (I'm busy between 5 and the month end).

By the way, where is the Moderator list so I can message them instead of the Forum? There is no Moderator list in the FAQ that I could find.

Well (all red-faced) I don't know how but I tried it again and now the purchase went through. It's been hours since the first time (not like I have no patience and gave up after 30 seconds) but now it works.

So, thanks to the admin's that got me off the Bad Guy list! :shappy:

Tha's because you have earnt a bit more money the last few hours so your able to buy the planes.

Thanks, Glennos, you 'da man. I searched the Forums as well, like someone else in that thread, but didn't see anything either (helps to use the right search terms, though). What's really odd is I had the cash for full price on the 5 planes -- I wasn't counting on a discount to make the purchase so I'm not sure why it picked me up. Oh well, it finally worked so who cares?

Purchases cannot be made unless you have the full pre-discount amount. Even though you have enough cash with the discount, and only really pay the discount price, it still won't let you buy until you have the full amount in cash. It's a rule in the game to delay brokers and keep purchases down.

Possible reason could be you picked an engine which makes the plane more expensive than the price listed on the overview, resulting in the inability to buy it, and as such the hacker alert?
