1F/6C/176Y - spam
3F/18C/152Y - spam
4F/24C/96Y -spam
189Y - Realistic for low cost (smaller galley, one less lavatory, 29in seat pitch)
180Y - Realistic for low cost (29in seat pitch)
150Y - Realistic
4C/174Y - Realistic
8C/138Y - Realistic (flat bed in C)
12C/138Y - Realistic
118C - Spam?
100C - Spam? Putting all seats on C is a method of spamming, but one that is not particularly profitable.

How are all the 3 classes spamming? Number 3 is just premium.
An A320 can't fly long enough routes to justify adding a first class cabin. Most A330s/787s etc. are larger and fly longer routes but only have business class as the most premium option.
I wouldn't categorize them as realistic or unrealistic (spam) as all of them are possible.
* A large number of airlines use this configuration IRL
* Some airlines use this configuration IRL
* Only specialized airlines use this configuration IRL
* Extremely unlikely that an A320 will be configured this way but it is possible with available seat designs.
1F/6C/176Y - Business class could be 2 rows of economy seats with extra legroom on one side and a private suite on the other side. The rest of the cabin is filled with economy seats at 29in pitch.
3F/18C/152Y - First class could be 3-abreast at the front, business class is 3 rows of 6-abreast economy seats with extra legroom and the rest of the cabin is filled with economy seats at 29in pitch.
4F/24C/96Y - First class is 4-abreast at the front, business class is 6 rows of 4-abreast with less legroom than first class. The rest of the cabin is filled with economy seats at 31in pitch.
189Y - High density spaceflex layout.
180Y - High density standard galley layout.
150Y - Single class 33-34in pitch
4C/174Y - 1 row of 4-abreast business class plus 29 rows of 6-abreast economy.
8C/138Y - 2 rows of 4-abreast business class plus 23 rows of 6-abreast economy (lots of legroom). Though most airlines opt for 8C/150Y.
12C/138Y - 3 rows of 4-abreast business class plus 23 rows of 6-abreast economy.
118C - 29 rows of 4 abreast business class. Last row will only have 2 seats on one side.
100C - 25 rows of 4 abreast business class.
Not sure having three classes for an A320 is spam. When you play any game of this nature one of the objectives is to satisfy demand. If the demand exsists for first class then providing what passengers demand is not spamming.
It's not particularly realistic tbh. But it isn't spammy if you don't go way over demand
Can someone comment on my configs on my aircraft (Blue Air)

A350-900: realistic
757-300: realistic
Bombardier CRJ-1000EL and CRJ-700: not very realistic (if you add C on those it's typically a 1-2 config, so 9 and 6 C seats would make more sense
Bombardier CS300: less C seats would be more realistic

my CRJ business seats are actually 2 abreast. It's literally a lounge.
