Hello,

 

When I try to open a new route, the game does not load. Even when I use Chrome, the same thing happens. Any reason as to why? Is the server down?

Are you still experiencing this issue? I just tried in a couple of different worlds and have not had a problem opening routes.

I'm in O2, but maybe it's either my Wi-Fi network or my connection that's the problem.

AE isn't working for me either, it is incredibly slow.

Same here, Extremely slow to load on everything. Everything is slow in Game, forums work fine though.

Everyone had that maintenance thing right ? Anyway, same here. Takes a lot of time to load anything in-game.

Forums are working flawlessly, but the game worlds are still painfully slow to use.

AE is still very slow. I was thinking that it is my wifi netork but all the other websites work very well.

It's getting slightly better. But it's not optimal. It only works for 2 minutes and I have to wait 30 minutes to play.

The server migration was made a long time ago, so I think it's a side effect of that. But maybe we reach the maximum capacity of the server... The world are pretty full these time.

Got about 5 new routes open today because of this.

I'm having trouble logging into my airlines. Sometimes it will work, and then it won't for a few hours. I don't know if it's related to any of the other issues.

Unfortunately, I've identified a hardware issue on the new server that's causing this performance degradation. I'm working with the hosting company to sort this out in the next 1-2 days. There will likely be another bout of downtime (but should be shorter than last time).
