Anyone know how to make a good IFE or IFS? Even though I make profit on my routes, I am losing a lot of money of my IFS. But if you earn a lot of money from IFS you will have a bad reputation right?

You have to play with it because it depends on the other services offered to balance all out. 

So if you are going for reputation then frequency matters, seat back tv for free and radio matters. 

The trick is to balance all you are offering if you are going for reputation.

 

I tend to do free snacks (3 rating) and then charge for comfort kits so the two balance each other out. But I also tend to do shorter flights.
