What is On Time Performance and why is it always so terrible for me?

The higher your aircraft utilization, the lower your on-time performance. You can make it better by reducing utilization, but unless you're willing to sacrifice the amenities and reputation of a legacy airline in favor of an all-economy LCC, it'll always come at the expense of profits. And I don't even like running LCCs; they just feel too cheap for me.

You can also increase that by paying good salaries and bonuses to your employees and hiring reserve staff. However, it's almost impossible to max out that quotient without going bust

Haha, No wonder it's so bad for me! I use my A/c to the max and pay my employees 7/hr!

remind me to never come work for you haha, same here my fleet is only on the ground to get people off and back on. If i could just throw the customers off the aircraft without even landing i would do so

Same! In real life, I have LCCs, but here, I get why they exist!
