I least a gate yesterday and i lost all my leased gates, So how long does a least gate last until i have to lease it again?

That's basically it. It will last forever if you actually use it & the payments are taken from you automatically every month. If the entire gate is idle however at the first of the month, you will most likely forfeit it.
