That sounds like something straight up Islander's alley!

Based in Australia and etc. We prefer jet engines. We're not interested in seaplanes and Islander's humanitarian capability.

Islander isn't just seaplanes my friend .
What are Lux's specifics for such aircraft? Auckland to London would not be possible on Islander's narrowbodies. The I600, I610 and I620 is fully capable of flying from Bangkok to Beijing. If you're looking for a cargo aircraft of similar size, I don't see why the turboprop I500 or I510 would be a problem, as they have high commonality with the I600 series.
Lux releases specification for it's ULR aircraft specification:
Cockpit Two-Three
Capacity: 800-900 passengers in three class configuration
Engines: Two-Four with 4 sets of hydraulics redundancies
Maximum operating speed: mach 0.94
Cabin width of 6.4m or 14 seats abreast for economy
Capable of flying from Auckland to Heathrow
Cabin Attitude of at or below 5000m
Capable for hot weathers ex. Dubai or extremely cold places like Iceland and etc.
Hot-swapped cargo configs would be great.

I'll wait for i700s and i800s for short to medium haul replacements.
Perhaps the Avia Model 60 May interest you, it will be about 2 weeks until it's released, but it should be right up that alley. It will be 2 level, 4 engines, and up to 625-750 passengers depending on configuration.Lux releases specification for it's ULR aircraft specification:

On August 27th, 2017, DominionAir announced their plans to further expand their fleet of Islander aircraft, with plans to use the aircraft on highly profitable Canadian routes of which Dominion has, over time, become the go-to airline for such routes.
sussjet, which has poured millions into the airline, has announced a full reconfiguration of the corporate structure, which was shattered in late 2016 following the sale of the airline. The airline has lost massive amounts of money since mid-2016, when MG Holdings cut ties with the airline. sussjet has also introduced a new livery, which will be displayed on all new aircraft purchased.
The airline has set a firm order for 20 Islander I500 aircraft and three Islander I500C aircraft.
