I don't know if this has been suggested but could we get the option to pay pilots for different ratings of aircraft? I think we should be able to pay a pilot who flies a regional plane less then a pilot who flies a boeing 747. I tried making multiple flights with a beech 1900D but i couldn't get any of them to turn a profit even with 100% O/D traffic on the route mainly due to the wage I have to pay the pilots to keep them happy.

I requested this a while back, but hardly anyone supported it. I'm still for it though.

I think this is a good idea. It`s like this in real life that regional pilots usually earn less and since regional routes is mainly operated by small aircrafts that gives less revenue, then it is sometimes almost impossible to run regional routes with profit in the game. I support it.

In AE4 I have no doubt we'll be able to adjust pay based on aircraft families operated, however for now that is not an option.

I would recommend sorting aircraft into 4-5 size categories plus two size categories for helicopters and pay accordingly.
