Currently have 100 of them in the fleet going the maximum range, and i need to find some replacements in the 1990's for them any suggestions?

If your routes have enough demand to support them I would go A340-300. If you want/need a smaller aeroplane get a Boeing 767-200ER. It uses a bit more fuel per passenger than an A340 but only has 290 seats and a good range. The only smaller plane meeting the range requirement is the Ilyushin Il-62M but avoid this as it eats fuel. If you require smaller than the 767, you might have to wait until the A319-100LR starts production in 2002.

Boeing 767-200ER would be your closest answer, most likely.

A310 or the 767-200ER. When I had to replace my VC-10s I used the 757-200.
