The younger your fleet is, the higher your "aircraft age" reputation will be.

What is " age of aircraft" exactly ? Like the age from the date i bought or how old the the aircraft is as from when it started to get produced ?

The age of the aircraft is from when that particular aircraft entered service, not when you bought it. For example a 737-200 might have been delivered to another airline in 1969 and you might have bought it second hand in 1980; the aircraft age therefore is 12 years old at the point of purchase.

What if the production stopped ? I have the same problem for 747Ds

Ok. so over the years your fleet keeps getting old so what you could do it continuously and steadily replace your fleet with better and more efficient aircrafts.
An example: The A340 is no more fuel efficient and has a lots of costs too, so airline tend to replace them with 777's etc.
