Good luck! However, I'd like to point out three things.

One, please read this topic.

Two, alliances started in the bottom of the Alliance forum tend to receive no membership requests.

Three, Horus Alliance? Needs something different to survive.

What can i do ?

Have a well thought out, almost flawless brand with some meaning that sets it apart.

Strong branding is everything.

You also need some internal support.

+1

Bring something new to the alliance table, because there are too many alliances that have been made that didnt go anywhere because it wasnt thought out and didnt bring anything new and special. Also decide wether its for premium airlines, European, low cost etc. because that usually helps bring members, Universal Alliance is for realistic airlines only and they are full of members
(btw if you pick premium don't expect alot of members)

Good luck tough.
