Even though this suggestion doesn't really matter but I do think Yuxi should change the way chat works. They should just combine the whole chatroom and your conversations with other players also please don't make it refresh everytime I send a message it plain sucks and is sometimes irritating lol

That chat interface is set by the IP Board, not AE itself, making it extremely difficult to change.

Well it will be worth trying to change it probably will save everyone precious seconds of their life making more important decisions in-game.

I suggested that Yuxi should improve the interface. I want it to become at least become a little better so more users will be using the chat.

Believe me Pewsquirrel, when I first joined this site, the members who had been here before me made my existence a difficult one. If you're a nice enough person and don't get too annoyed about what they're saying in chat (laugh it off), they'll eventually stop.
As regards the actual proposition by the OP, no. The chatroom is grand as it is.

The forums are IPB software, so it is only logical that we also shall use the chat interface from the same developer for compibility issues
