I had a quick question...are there any routes which are, more or less, First Only, Business Only, or Economy Class Only? That is to say, are there routes which tend to strongly lead toward having pax in those respective classes over the others...or is everything completely random in terms of pax travel flow?

no they always follow 1F for every 6B and 1B for every 7E, something like that. It might fluctuate a bit, but that is where it goes.
