All of them make roughly similar turbines for similar roles. Main difference being Rolls Royce does prefer to make theirs a three-stage turbine design as opposed to a two-stage found on Pratt and GE engines). Then of course they all use different metallurgy for their turbine blades and combustion chambers.  

 

However in terms of simple support and maintenance infrastructure, GE has the most expansive network making spares and things easier to come by. 

 

Personally I'm a big Pratt and Whitney kinda guy.
