I have encountered a bug at 2 airports in R0. I have leased 2-3 gates at AMS some time ago, but it recently started to display that I have no gates there, so I bought a few more. I don't know how many gates I have there at the moment. I didn't mind it too much, thinking it was a rare bug, but now I encounter the same problem at Xian airport. I already have flights there (established long ago), but, apparently, no gates are leased! I was even able to change some planes on the already existing freqs without giving me an error, but I can't add any more flights (without leasing aditional gates). How can I fix this?

If you have 50 or more unused slots at any airport the game will take them after 3 months game time if there aren't any flights to/from this airport(please note: if you lease a gate and add 1 flight weekly to that airport, the game won't take back the gate because technically you are using the gate). If you build a terminal it won't take any of the gates(because you built/bought the terminal) at this airport. Probably you are using all the unused slots and that why you can't add flights

Nope. I have 14 weekly flights to Xian Airport to be exact, but I don't appear to have any leased gates. Bascially, I'm flying there and loading and unloading 747s on the runway. I guess my competition is envious now that I don't pay the gates

 

So 0 gates leased, 0 slots, but 14 freqs there. And I can't build terminals there since my airline is headquartered in France!

This is merely an observation rather than a fix but your route betwee CDG and XIY doesn't show on your route map and XIY is not in your list of destinations. I assume you've noticed this already but I actually fly that same route (I'm your biggest competitor in France....) and everything works as it should. However I also fly to XIY from Basel and Paris Orly. What I'm saying is: it looks like a bug but it is not universal

You'll laugh but I don't know how to upload the screenshot. It doesn't matter. The point is that I have flights there without using any slots. I leased the gates long ago, the game somehow returned them to the airport, but the freqs remained. I think Michael can confirm that my flights appear under the "competition" tab, don't they?

Yes, Air Guadeloupe is on the CDG-XIY route. I've a limited service (5% of market share) but I can see you there with 45% market share

@Airplane09 go to here(if it redirects to my airlines page just select the one in R0 and click the link again) and search for ticks in terminal and out of them search for XIY. If you found it, you have terminal at this airport.

Thanks for your help, but I don't have a terminal there. Even if I had one, it should have said there on the CDG-XIY route page that I have 0/..... slots with the number of gates that I own. Instead, it shows as if I don't have any gates there. At all. My guess is that I leased 1 gate there, but the game somehow erased it. My flights remained there though.

In that case currently I don't have any idea why it is like that. You can talk to Yuxi on personal message if you want.
