I don't know if this is a problem or not but in r6 now gates seem to be gates appearing form nowhere at large airports with small amounts of gates. Example in Mexico city there is one airline who has a terminal, and before this happened there where 0-5 gates available at one time. Suddenly 71 gates become available wthout any big airline dropping out. This is happening in others airports like Mexico City across the game. I was really confused if this was a problem or not.

When an airline builds a terminal, all of its flights transfer to that terminal. This means that the airline no longer uses the 'public' gates that any airline can lease, which is why there's a sharp increase in the number of available gates - they're the 'public gates' that the airline no longer uses as it has built a terminal.

No the airline had this terminal long before the sharp rise in gates. Also in bogata gates when to 43/42.
