What makes the Airlines Empires what it is, is that of different players with their different playing styles. Some do wishes to focus on having the biggest, baddest airline with no care to abuse of mechanics. Considering the game mechanics and the game itself offering no (significant) penalties for such play, it is only understandable and perhaps even acceptable to play with that way in mind. However some also do wish to play as realistically as possible while roleplaying their airlines in its fullest extend, using the blog function to write press releases and roleplay on forums in general.

Solely operating in (Rδ) world, flyONE aims to portray a realistic alliance with its members roleplaying as much as possible. No matter if you are a low-cost airline who is trying to cut corners and offer the cheapest seats, or that you want to be one of the flag carriers of your respective countries, there should be a space for you.

If you are interested in joining; please make sure you fully read this thread and make sure the airline you are applying with fits the criteria listed within it.

Requirements

We portray a realistic Alliance, and we expect our members to do so as well when they are operating their airlines. In order to accomplish that, we have several realism ground rules. You may not utilize your aircrafts to their fullest extend where they operate twenty hours a day. For that matter, and for obvious reasons this is a soft-cap, anything higher then 12-14 hours a day is a tad too much. Same goes with the In-Flight Services; no abuse please.

For us to enjoy the game and not just be boggled down to "Add a New Route", and repeat; we also expect our members to be roleplaying with their airlines. Press Releases are a good starting point for that, and members should be willing to use that function of the game. We do not expect your writing to be so good that you will get a call from George R.R. Martin or be the new ghost rider of a very famous yet extremely stupid celebrity. It just allows us to immerse into the game.

Finally, if we have a member within our alliance operating in a region already - he will need to give his blessing to you (through us) for you to be accepted into our Alliance. While competition is healthy in a free market capitalism, it is not so here in Airlines Empire due to coding restrictions.
