Firefly in R4 needs some help please; I've got 2 Boeing 737-400's leased; 9 routes open and DOP at $357,224 at the moment; i'm planning on leasing more aircrafts soon for expansion possibly in to Asia and Europe and maybe US if possible; I hope my aircrafts and routes are fine

what? i'm in need of a routes manager who will be tasked to look for profitable routes from MEL; I will also need a fleet manager who will be tasked with getting profitable aircrafts for all my routes. if you can still help me out please let me know; I am now in R0 and still based out of MEL with 1 MD-83; I do not have IFE or IFS installed yet
