First thing I will avoid AF, really not a fan of AF. Finnair and KLM are acceptable for me, SQ/QR/EK are my favourite

I would suggest you try Etihad Airways. They are one of the best and you will surely regret if you don't fly with them. They have the best continental cuisine in Economy and also are rated 5 STAR by Skytrax. They also have lots of discounts and reasonable fares.

How about the terminal inAbu Dhabi? How does it compare to DOH and DXB?
For me I like DOH for the modern and spacious feel while DXB is too crowded for my like. I have seen some review that AUH is not as good as DOH and DXB?

Emirates, JAL, ANA, KAL, Asiana, Singapore, Ethiad, Qatar sound good to me. Especially JAL's 787, bc its the only 787 that have 8-abrest.

Never taken AF, BA.

The easy answer would be Singapore AL - in terms of consistency they are still the best IMO.

The more complete answer depends on where you're going and in what class - e.g. if you're going to Japan JAL and ANA are pretty good and you may not want to go via Singapore or elsewhere

Turkish Airlines has pretty low fares from SIN to Europe, if you wouldn't mind transiting in Istanbul. :/
