I'm a big supporter of their physics-based platform but I'm skeptical about its maturity. There are still missing factors in aerodynamic equations in their previous versions so there are still subtle nuances to how the aircraft would react in real life. But they are getting there. I'm curious to know how much of a step or a leap X-plane 11 is from past versions.

While true, I still find the X-Plane flight model to at least "feel" a lot better than the FSX flight model especially in GA aircraft. FSX planes have always felt like they are on rails and lack momentum to me, whereas X-Plane's model gives a better feel for the weight of the plane in the air.

I think I am going to get X-plane 11 . I haven't played a flight simulator since FSX back in 2013, but I play Infinite Flight on my phone whenever I feel I want to play it, but its isn't enough to experience the real flight experience. So yeah,  I will get this simulator , and thankfully I have the required specification .
