I just started my airline, so I don't know if this is an issue, but one of my routes apparently has 106% average Y load factor. Can someone please chime in on that? Should I add more flights? More Y capacity?

Do your planes have standing places? Oh that's why they are called AirBUS ...probably a bug. Try to add some more frequences and see what happens. Also reset the route.

It's a bug that sometimes occurs when you assign a new aircraft with different a different configuration/capacity. Usually reseting or hitting save fixes things up.
