I ma struggling to find a replacement for the 24-seater, 1700nmi range gulfstream. the DC-9 is too big,the BAe-146 is too big and the DCH-7 does not have enough range. Any suggestions?

I have to say I disagree about the DHC-7 having too short of a range. Yes it has twice the capacity of the G-1, but it actually has a slightly longer range.

I wouldn't put a 24-seater on anything more than 500 miles, but if you have too, I agree with the above. The DHC-7 has just as good range, awesome low fuel flow, & much more practical capacity if you want to send it over the hills & far away. When it goes out of production in 1988, the CASA CN-235-100 will also be on the scene with similar range & capacity.

I use 24 seaters for flight that have 20 or less demand over 1000mi. I agree that the DCH-7 would be the best option, i didn't see it also had 1700nmi range

B1900 should be here as well as EMB-120.

Sounds pretty spammy, 24 seat on 1700 mi routes. 

But, B1900 has my vote.
