Firstly display the reputation as a percentage, for exanple 78.14%, that way its easy to compaee airlines rather than a vague green line.
Secondly, remove the points awrded for 200 unique destinations, not all of us want a mega sized airline, and this will give the smaller airlines a better chance of being up the reputation list.
Im not sure how its incorporated at the moment but have more points awarded for having a good on time performance, linking in stuff like fleet age, aircraft utilisation etc, an airline running 19+ hours on every frame is bound to have huge delays on some of its flights in real life.
Lastly legroom should play a big part too, so the lower the seats the more happy passengers are and the better the reputation.
Im sure more ideas will be put forward to improve reputation system. It gives another thibg to aim for in the gane rather than just making money and going for top 10.

But a small airline shouldn't have a reputation higher than that of a global airline. You're not going to be the airline known around the world for having the highest quality if you're not known at all.
In any case, it's much easier to make a small airline with a high reputation than a big one. Growth requires big profits, but if you're staying small you just need to break even: it's trivially easy to give maximum IFS and IFE for free, keep lots of free time and spare personnel, spend the maximum on marketing, and so-on.

You can already compare the reputation by hovering over the green bar, it gives you a number (out of 100). This works for the other green / orange / red bars on the other pages too.
